The working process :

1) Single row horizontal horizontal position feeding — feeding — conveying — synchronous top band clamping –2 labels are respectively pasted on both sides of the surface/bottom position (half vertical hanging in the air) — double side marking — both sides of the top surface/bottom corner marking — single row horizontal position feeding

2) The boxes are arranged horizontally. Before labeling, the spacing required for labeling and stroking is separated by the feeding wheel, and then held and run by the main conveyor belt and synchronous top belt.  When it arrives at the labeling station, it will trigger the measuring object electric eye and trigger the labeling head to cover the labels to the end face (side) of the box. Then, under the clamping operation of the top belt and the main conveyor belt, the hanging parts of the two labels will be touched to the top and bottom of the box respectively.  Can realize packing box double side diagonal sealing paste.

3) The whole machine is controlled by PLC, interface touch screen operation interface, all electronic parameters, running parameters, status, count can be set on the touch screen and right storage of more than 50 groups of formula, formula parameters can be directly

4) When replacing labels of different lengths, you do not need to adjust the label position. You only need to set or Retrieve the original parameters on the touch screen
